Project Description<\/b><\/h4>

At the heart of this major renovation project: the complete rehabilitation of a residential building with 54 housing units, managed by the Office municipal d\u2019habitation de Montr\u00e9al (OMHM). The first phase involves the complete interior demolition of the building, including the exterior concrete balconies \u2014 a delicate operation requiring absolute mastery of the deconstruction and maintenance of the existing structure. <\/p>


The intervention also includes complete asbestos removal, followed by interior redevelopment in compliance with OMHM quality and safety standards. A major transformation will be made to the accessibility of the building, with the extension of the elevator to the basement, thanks to careful underpinning works. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
